Beth McNeill

Beth McNeill has a strong track record of operating with excellence. She has leveraged her ability to drive superior results and profitability in a variety of industries. As she leads with integrity, which enables long-term relationships, Beth has been able to make a difference and leave a legacy in all of her roles. 

In her current role as Senior Director, Sales & Engagement for The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, she leads a team that strives to improve the vibrancy of the region through membership investment, partner benefits, engagement and programs. As a member of the leadership team, Beth is responsible for creating a sales culture across the organization and modeling the art of consultative selling. Through innovation, proven sales processes, active listening, intentional inclusion and collaboration at all levels, inside and outside the company, she is making a maker of change. Today the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber is one of the largest and most influential in the nation with nearly 4,000 members and retention rate of more than 88%. 

Previously, as Associate Director at Cradle Cincinnati Beth connected her personal story with professional skills and led the way in partnering with corporate and non-medical organizations to reduce infant mortality. She has worked in national sales roles in New York, Atlanta and Chicago. Additionally, she worked for Cintas Corporation, Chicago Sun Times, Yahoo, Electric, Cox Interactive Media and News Corporation. 

Beth is a member of National Sales Network, National Black MBA Association, American Society for Training and Development and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Leading with Literacy USA, STEMulates and Baby 1st Network. 

Beth holds a B.A. in Communications from State University of New York. 

She resides in Cincinnati, OH with her two daughters. She is an alumna of Women Unlimited Incorporated, LEAD program and Urban League of Greater Southwest Ohio’s Urban Leaders Institute XXIII. 

Beth enjoys mentoring, traveling, golf and volunteering. She draws inspiration from a quote from Shirley Chisholm, “Service is the rent we pay for our time on earth.”
