Dr. Felicia Phillips

Dr. Felicia Phillips, is a Master Business Strategist and President of The U.S. Business Women's Network.  Her award-winning Agency PPICW, is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. PPICW is focused on helping diverse businesses grow and scale while assisting corporations with their supplier diversity initiatives. PPICW is responsible for spearheading Delta Air Lines’ Supplier Development Academy.

Becoming an entrepreneur at the age of 19, earning her first 6-figures by the age of 21 and building a 7-figure business before 30, all speak to why Felicia is capable of helping business owners create profitable businesses. She has owned businesses in the tech, logistics, consumer-products and professional services industries.  Each year Felicia hosts, MogulCon, a 3-day conference dedicated to helping women-owned businesses boost revenue, increase customers and exposure in the marketplace.

Felicia is a 29-year serial entrepreneur, a member of The Forbes Coaches Council and has been featured in Upscale Magazine, The Huffington Post, Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Rolling Out Magazine, CBS Better Mornings, BET, TLC, Centric TV and many other media outlets. As a wife, mother and Influencer, Felicia understands the difficult balance entrepreneurs face and is committed to helping them birth their visions and become victorious while being unstoppable. Felicia resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband Anders and two adult-children Cierra and Grant. Felicia believes that with strong faith and clear goals success is inevitable.
