Tracy Roberts
Vice President, Human Resources, UPS Airlines

As vice president of UPS Airlines Human Resources group, Tracy Roberts has global HR responsibility for UPS Airlines and Strategic Communications for the Air Region.

A native of New York, Tracy joined UPS in 1992 and brings with her 27 years of experience across a number of UPS business units in both U.S. and International Human Resources, Employee Communications, Operations and Security.

Prior to moving to Louisville, Tracy lived in Atlanta where she was most recently a director on the Corporate Human Resources Talent Acquisition team, with responsibility for professional hiring at UPS. While living in Atlanta over 17 years, Tracy was very active with church-related, civic and community organizations.

Since Moving to Louisville, Tracy has taken an active role in other community interests through service on two local boards: Special Olympics of Kentucky and Boys and Girls Club of Kentuckiana.

To relax, when time permits, Tracy is likely to be found reading, tooling around in the garden, playing with her dogs or enjoying the local sites from either her mountain bike or Jeep.

Tracy is a veteran of the U.S. Army and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and General Literature and an MBA in Human Resources Management.
