Wendy has had a very successful career in sales and business development and a passion to help women become engaged and create THEIR great life. Prior to working with NAWBO Kentucky, Ms. Hall was a sales consultant for Baptist Health in their Population Health Division - Employer Solutions where she utilized her 20+ years of experience in employee benefits and human resources to support employers in building and executing effective health and wellbeing strategies for their organizations. Dedicated to delivering value based outcome driven solutions, Wendy focused on partnering with clients to implement worksite wellness programs that complement the culture, inspire employees and impact overall health and well-being.
Ms. Hall is a founder and board member of Women Who Wine for a Cause, Has served 3 years on the Fillies, Inc. Board and currently sits as the Nominations and Elections Chair, has served on the board for the Louisville Metro Worksite Wellness Council and the Baptist Health Foundation Pearls and Pumps Board. She is also an alumni of the Healthcare Enterprise Network Fellows Program.
Wendy is a graduate of DePauw University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology with a focus on communications. She applies those disciplines daily as she offers organizational leadership focused on driving and delivering outcomes and managing strategic plans. As part of the NAWBO Kentucky “She Means Business” brand her creativity, organization and network will yield great dividends as NAWBO Kentucky continues to define and plan for the future.
